KangJu Lee
KangJu Lee received his BS, PhD degrees from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Yonsei University, South Korea. He was a postdoctoral researcher at the Yonsei University as well. His work has focused on drug delivery with microneedle/structure in the biomedical field. He has developed microneedles/structure which integrated with macro delivery system including drug eluting balloon, patch, reservoir and injection application for the effective drug injection to dynamic biological environments. He has been specialized in micro-fabrication and micro-manufacturing with a mechanical engineering background and also in understanding unmet clinical needs through the cooperation with biologists and medical doctors. In July 2018, he joined Ali Khademhosseini’s lab. Please feel free to contact him with any questions you may have at “knjulee at gmail dot com”.
