Atiya Rabbani

Atiya Rabbani received her BS (hons) and M.Phil. degrees in Biochemistry from Hazara University Mansehra, Pakistan. Currently she is a Ph.D scholar majoring in Biotechnology under the supervision of Dr. Fazli Wahid at COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad campus, Pakistan. Her Ph.D. is focusing on synthesis and characterization of nanoparticles and their different biological applications particularly in wound healing. Atiya Rabbani has joined Prof. Khademhosseini’s Lab in May 2019 as a visiting graduate researcher in the California NanoSystems Institute at UCLA, and she is working on the biomedical applications of nanoparticles fabricated hydrogels, tissue engineering and 3D bioprinting with special focus on wound healing.
