Dr. Wujin Sun obtained his BS and MS degrees in Biochemical Engineering from Nanjing Tech University, China. Then he got his Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina State University in December 2017. His research focused on the development of smart drug delivery systems for delivering therapeutic molecules, including proteins, nucleic acids and small molecule drugs.  He joined prof. Khademhosseini’s lab in Feb 2018 as a postdoctoral scholar in the California NanoSystems Institute at UCLA. He is excited to work in this interdisciplinary environment for developing technologies for human health.
