We are proud to announce that Jorge will be joining the faculty of the first Biomedical Engineering Department in Ecuador at Universidad Yachay Tech effective September 2014. Jorge joined our laboratory in 2012 and since then he has been working in vascular biology and bone tissue engineering projects. In Ecuador, he will be spearheading efforts to bridge biomedical research projects between hospitals, life science and engineering schools. We wish him all the best in his future career!
