We are proud to announce that Dr. Ryan D. Sochol will be joining the University of Maryland, College Park as a faculty member within the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Since joining our laboratory in September 2014, Dr. Sochol has focused on creating additive micromanufacturing-based biomimetic kidney platforms. As a professor, he will build on this work by developing micro/nanoscale 3D printing approaches to solve physically-complex biological challenges. We wish him all the best in his future career!
