Cole Benyshek

Cole is an undergraduate bioengineering student who is native to Los Angeles. He works as a research assistant for the BioMEMs and Medical Devices subgroup and is focused on helping to develop advanced wearable medical sensors. He hopes that more accurate wearable medical devices can help revolutionize healthcare by tailoring treatments and procedures to the individual patients (known as precision medicine). Cole joined the Khademhosseini Lab in April 2018 and would like to ultimately pursue a doctorate degree in the bioengineering field. Outside of the lab, Cole enjoys watching sports, snowboarding, playing the piano, and trying new restaurants.
