Elham Davoodi
Elham received her BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Shahid Rajaee University, Tehran, Iran (2014). She completed her MSc studies at Texas Tech University, Texas, USA (2017) and contributed in several projects related to design and additive manufacturing of metallic and ceramic porous scaffolds. She is currently a PhD candidate at the Multiscale Additive Manufacturing (MSAM) Laboratory in Mechanical Engineering Department, University of Waterloo, Canada since September 2017. Her PhD research is focused on 3D printed flexible electronics and stretchable sensors for wearable devices and health monitoring applications.
Elham joined Prof. Khademhosseini’s lab in Septemeber 2019 as a visiting graduate researcher in the California NanoSystems Institute (CNSI) at UCLA to extend her research by integrating biomaterials with smart devices for the next generation therapeutic platforms.
