Congratulations to our own Dr. Jae Sool Shim has been appointed as a faculty member of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Yeungnam University, Korea, starting from September 1,2008. The mecanical engineering at Yeungnam University is one of the biggest in Korea (http://me.yu.ac.kr/index.jsp). He will teach two courses: ‘Nanotechnology’ and ‘Numerical Analysis’. He contributed to a number of projects during his stay in our lab including high-throughput engineering of cellular microenvironments and mathematical analysis of fluid flow in microchannels.
