We are happy to announce that Dr. Khademhosseini has been selected as the 2012 Young Investigator Award of the American Chemical Society � Biochemical Technology Division. The Division of Biochemical Technology Young Investigator Award is intended to recognize an outstanding young contributor to the field of biochemical technology and active participant in the division programs. Dr. Khademhosseini received this award for his outstanding contributions in utilizing micro/nanoscale technologies and biomaterials for directing stem cell differentiation and engineering functional tissues for regenerative medicine and biosensing applications. The award will be given at the Spring ACS meeting in San Diego, CA, March 25-29, 2012.
