It is with great pride that we announce that Dr. Shilpa Sant has accepted an offer to start a faculty position at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Sant worked in the area of tissue engineering during her stay in the lab and developed numerous biomaterials for cardiovascular and tooth tissue engineering applications. At the University of Pittsburgh she will be appointed at the School of Pharmacy and the Bioengineering Department. We wish her all the best in her future career.
