This honor recognizes significant novel contributions to materials science by a young researcher in early stages of his/her career. We would like to congratulate Prof. Ali Khademhosseini on receiving this award at the 2015 Materials Research Society Fall Meeting & Exhibit. Prof. Khademhosseini has been on the forefront in the field of nano- and microscale tissue engineering. He has utilized the advances in nanotechnology and nanoengineering and created cutting edge solutions in the field of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering.
